Semi-Annual Meeting Cancelled

Dear BCHPA Members & Conference Guests,

Although the risk of infection from the COVID-19 virus may still be low in BC, the advice of our Province Chief Medical Officer is to limit gatherings such as ours, to help prevent its spread. In light of this and other
reasons, the executive board has made the difficult decision to cancel our event.

We are offering a full refund to all those who have registered.  If you registered online, you will receive a credit notice through PayPal.  If you paid by cheque, you will receive a refund cheque by mail.  We will process refunds as fast as possible but please give us a couple of weeks to complete the over 140 registrations.

We are still moving ahead with plans for our 100th Anniversary AGM, Conference and Trade Show in October in Abbotsford, BC.  We will delay registration until there is a clear indication of the decreased health issues but at this point, we are moving head for October 23 -25, 2020.  Hope you can join us there.
