Each year, one of our provincial clubs hosts the BCHPA Annual General Meeting, Conference and Trade Show in their city or town. Typically, the conference is held in late October in a local hotel that has adequate conference facilities to host an event for up to 300 guests. The event often alternates between the Lower Mainland and the Interior of the Province. The BCHPA Provincial Executive selects and approves the host club/city and tries to get have a commitment in place one full year ahead of the event. There is a profit-sharing incentive allowing local clubs to benefit financially by hosting.
